GlobalTek Voip accepts no responsibility or duty to deliver goods but may elect to arrange delivery at its discretion and without liability at the customer's cost and risk in all things.
Delivery dates are estimated and GlobalTek Voip will not be liable for delay, failure or inability to deliver.
Products shall be deemed to be delivered as soon as they are dispatched where risk is in then deemed to have passed to the customer.
Limitation of liability is specific to replacement of products or of acquiring product equivalent.
Claims in respect of goods damaged or loss or expense arising on delivery are recognised only if received within 24 hours of such delivery (or not at all, once goods have been unpacked, fixed and/or otherwise used or applied).
All conditions are subject to the customer's rights under relevant consumer protection laws.
